Terms of Service
Last updated: October 12, 2026
In short: Book with a card, pay at the last stop, give us 48 hours’ notice to cancel, drink responsibly, and treat our vehicles and staff with respect. You may share our content to talk about us, but not to run a competing business.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover your use of creekstreetwinetours.com (the “Site”) and any tour or transportation you book with Creekstreet Wine Tours, Inc. (“Creekstreet”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or booking a tour, you agree to these Terms. If you book for a group, you agree for everyone in your group and are responsible for sharing these Terms with them.
1. Bookings and payment
- All bookings depend on availability and are confirmed by us or our booking provider, Peek.
- No deposit. A card holds your seats. Payment is taken at the last stop of the tour, by card or cash.
- Prices on the Site are per person unless marked “per hour”. They do not include 8.25% sales tax or gratuity. Hourly hire includes a minimum gratuity, shown with each price. Booking online may add a small booking fee.
- Prices can change until your booking is confirmed. If the Site shows a clear pricing error, we may correct it before your tour.
- Pickup inside Fredericksburg city limits is free. Pickup outside town, such as Austin or San Antonio, is by special arrangement and has an added trip fee that we quote in advance.
2. Cancellations and changes
| When you cancel | What you pay |
|---|---|
| More than 48 hours before the tour | $60 per canceled seat |
| Less than 48 hours before the tour | Full price |
| No-show | Full price |
Partial cancellations, where some of your group cancels, follow the same rules. Gift certificates follow the terms printed on them.
If we must cancel because of weather, road conditions, safety or a vehicle problem, we will offer a new date or a full refund of anything you paid.
3. Vehicles
- We may move a van booking into a limousine at no extra charge. We never move a limousine booking into a van.
- If a vehicle breaks down, we will send a similar vehicle or make it right with you.
- Our vehicles do not have wheelchair lifts. Guests who use a folding wheelchair are welcome. Please call ahead so we can plan room for it.
4. Tour rules
Age. Guests must be 21 or older to taste or drink alcohol, and we may ask for ID. Children are allowed on private tours only, at wineries that welcome families. Children never taste or drink alcohol.
Drink responsibly. Our guides may suggest water, food or a slower pace. Wineries may refuse service to any guest. We may end the tour early for a guest, without a refund, if their behavior is unsafe, illegal or disruptive.
Cleanup and damage fee. If a guest gets sick in a vehicle or damages it, we charge a flat $500 cleanup fee to the card on the booking. Other damage beyond normal cleanup may be charged at the cost of repair.
Conduct. Please treat our drivers, winery staff and other guests with respect. No illegal drugs, smoking or vaping in our vehicles.
Your things. You are responsible for your belongings and purchases. We are not responsible for lost, broken or left-behind items, but we will try to help you get them back.
5. Use of our website and content
Everything on the Site — text, photos, videos, logos, tour descriptions, itineraries, prices and the lunch menu — belongs to Creekstreet or is used with permission.
You may:
- View, print and share pages for your own trip planning
- Link to the Site and quote short parts with credit to Creekstreet Wine Tours
- Share our posts on social media
You may not, without our written permission:
- Copy our tour descriptions, itineraries, photos or other content to sell, advertise or run tours, transportation or a similar business
- Scrape or bulk-download the Site, or use its content to train software or AI products for commercial use
- Pretend to be Creekstreet, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you
- Try to break, overload or get around security on the Site or its forms
6. Third parties
Wineries, restaurants, Peek, payment processors and other businesses we work with have their own rules and policies. We are not responsible for their acts, products, prices or opening hours. Winery tasting rules are set by each winery.
7. Limits on our responsibility
You take part in tours at your own risk, including the effects of alcohol. To the fullest extent the law allows, Creekstreet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the tour involved. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
The Site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or online.
8. Accessibility of the Site
We want the Site to be usable by everyone. If you have trouble using any part of it, call (832) 247-0914 or email [email protected] and we will help you book or get the information you need.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Gillespie County, Texas.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top. The Terms in place when you book apply to that booking.
